Daniel G. Coelho, Jr. is CEO of Modular Manufacturing Holdings, Inc., Modular Office Solutions, Inc. and Genesis USA, Inc. (collectively “Modular”). During his leadership from 1999 to present, Modular has emerged as the leading remanufacturer of Steelcase and Herman Miller systems furniture in the Western U.S. with revenue growth from $7 million (1999) to $23 million (2006) and solid profitability. In addition to providing strategic direction to Modular, Danny is an effective leader in creating a Team-oriented Culture and in developing Partnership-oriented key accounts. With the passing three years ago of Daniel S. Coelho, Sr., the family patriarch, Danny assumed leadership as Managing Partner of the family businesses, including Resource Financial, a 53 year-old financial advisory and employee benefits consulting firm, and Resource Asset Management, a commercial real estate and property management company. Among his numerous charitable interests, Danny serves as Managing Director for the Coelho Family Foundation, a 501c3 private foundation, and is a trusted advisor to and collaborator with several nationally-recognized organizations. Danny’s previous business affiliations span a variety of roles including Managing Director of Resource Properties, Executive Vice-President of So Cal Renovators, and former member of TEC (The Executive Committee), an International association of CEOs. Danny is a die-hard Pittsburg Steelers fan, enjoys high-performance motor sports, martial arts, and investing time in his favorite hobby--his wife and four daughters.
