- To execute the Quarterly, Mid-Year and Annual PMS Process
- To create & maintain Standard Operating Procedure document for PMS
- Partner with C&B team for the sending the Merit Increase letters based on Increment Cycles
- To share monthly, quarterly & annual analysis on PMS.
- To provide training & refresher workshops related to PMS to Unit Companies whenever required
